Cape Coral Tile Roof Replacement and Balcony Repair

Our office received a phone call recently from a homeowner who’s two-story home had been damaged as a result of Hurricane Irma. Upon inspection, it was determined that a complete tile roof replacement would be the best solution to repair the home’s roof structure. Our roofing division assisted our customer throughout the entire process from start to finish, and they received their new tile roof in record time. Additionally, our restoration team re-sealed the balcony of the home, as it had been damaged as well during the storm.

  • Apply 100% silicone commercial Tropical roof coating over the entire balcony surface including around the base of each stone balcony columns.
  • Seal all roof to balcony transitions.
  • WARRANTY: SFR will provide a 10-year warranty on labor and material on this sealant.

Emergency Roof Repair On A Fort Myers Home

Our office was contacted by a Fort Myers resident recently who was in need of an emergency roof repair. A tree had fallen on their home’s roof during a recent thunderstorm over the weekend. We received the call over the weekend at 9:00 am on Sunday morning and mobilized to the customer’s residence to remove the tree and install a tarp. Currently, the homeowner is awaiting insurance approval to proceed with the complete roof repair. We will update this case study accordingly when the project progresses!

Punta Gorda Tile Roof Replacement

Our roofing division was contacted by a Punta Gorda homeowner that had a tile roof that experienced roof damage as a result of Hurricane Irma. Upon inspection, it was determined that the customer’s home required a tile re-roof. Our team mobilized and removed the old roofing structure and installed the new roof in accordingly. Cape Coral Home Roof Replacement & Exterior Repaint

Our office was recently contacted by a homeowner in Cape Coral Florida in need of a roof repair. The home had received a roof overhaul prior to the owner purchasing the home in 2014. The roof’s skylight located over their dining room had begun to leak, prompting the call. The homeowner was so pleased with our work, that she contracted our painting division to repaint the exterior of her home to complete it’s new look! The final product turned out amazing.

  3. Re-nail existing plywood roof deck to meet current Florida Building Code.
  4. Furnish and install (1) layer of GAF Weather Watch Mineral-Surfaced Leak Barrier Peel & Stick, self-adhered shingle underlayment, applied direct to plywood roof deck in all valley and penetration locations.
  5. Furnish and install (1) layer of Resisto Peel & Stick, self-adhered shingle underlayment, applied direct to plywood roof deck.
  6. Furnish and install new 26 GA – 16″ – Mill (50′) galvalume valley metal in all valleys, closed valley detail.
  7. Install 26 GA galvalume kitchen and dryer vents.
  8. Furnish and install drip edge fabricated from 26-gauge steel with a baked enamel finish. Standard color to be selected by Building Representative.
  9. Furnish and install GAF Pro-Start starter shingle at all eave/rake locations.
  10. Furnish and install 130 mph GAF Timberline HD shingles, nailed with (6) nails per shingle, to plywood decking. Color to be selected by Building Representative.

Scope Of Work For Exterior Repaint

  1. Trench around perimeter of home 1 to 3 inches.
  2. Pressure wash exterior free of dirt and foreign material.
  3. Apply a consistent coat of masonry sealer to stucco surfaces.
  4. Remove and patch any rotted T-1-11 throughout exterior walls.
  5. Caulk where necessary around doors, windows, and J Channel. Seal masonry cracks, as needed with elastomeric patching compound.
  6. Apply a consistent coat of finish paint to stucco walls and exterior side of entry and garage doors. Colors selected by owner.
  7. Seven year limited labor and materials warranty issued by Sherwin Williams.

Another Fort Myers Home Tile Roof Replacement Complete

Our roofing division is hard at work serving the roofing needs of residential roofing clients throughout Southwest Florida. This beautiful home in Fort Myers Florida, unfortunately sustained roof damage courtesy of Hurricane Irma. Upon inspecting the existing roofing structure, it was determined that a complete tile re-roof was needed in order to service the needs of our customers. Additionally, we also removed the existing gutters and installed a new gutter system at the time of the roof replacement.  Their new Terra Cotta roof provides a nice contrast of color to the home, while more importantly protecting those who live in it from our harsh Florida weather.
