Tile Roof Replacement For Fort Myers Homeowner

Our team was recently contacted by a homeowner in Fort Myers, Florida to assess the condition of their roof. This home’s roof had unfortunately been damaged from a prior hurricane, and in order to properly repair the roofing structure, a complete roof replacement was agreed upon. Once contracted, our team went to work removing the existing roof. Once all of the old roof was removed, we inspected the decking and replaced any deteriorated or damaged wood prior to re-nailing everything to meet mitigation code. The appropriate underlayment, drip edge flashing, galvalume metal, eave closure metal, flashing, and vents were also installed making way for the home’s new tile roof system.

For this home, we installed Boral’s estate roofing tile in their light brown/white antique colorway. Once the roof was completed, a new 6″ seamless gutter system was also installed on the home’s first story. The combination of Boral’s beautiful roofing tile and the white seamless gutters accented the home beautifully, and turned out spectacular. Cape Coral GAF Roof Replacement

This wonderful Cape Coral home owner contacted our office with a need to have their roof replaced due to the age and normal wear and tear. When the project was approved and the time came to replace the roof, our team went to work! We began the project by removing the existing layer of shingles, underlayment, and fasteners from the roof. The existing roof decking, flashing, and fascia was then inspected and replaced where necessary. The plywood roof deck was then re-nailed to meet current Florida building code and we began the installation of GAF Weather Watch Mineral-Surfaced Leak Barrier Peel & Stick underlayment, followed by a layer of APOC Peel & Stick in the appropriate locations.

Once the roof was ready, our roofing team went to work installing new galvalume valley metal, kitchen and dryer vents, and drip edge. GAF Pro-Start starter shingles were installed at all eave/rake locations, followed by 130mph GAF Timberline HDZ shingles across the roof. Our client selected the Driftwood colorway from GAF for their roof, and the final product accented their home beautifully. With a new roof courtesy of First Service, a 2 year workmanship warranty, and GAF’s series of warranties, this homeowner can now weather any storm mother nature sends our way!

 

Cape Coral Commercial Tile Roof Replacement Completed

Our roofing division was recently awarded the great pleasure of serving the tile roofing needs of a multi-family condominium complex in Cape Coral, Florida. With a need for extensive repair, a complete commercial roof replacement was scheduled and carried out accordingly.

We began the project by removing the existing tile and underlayment from the Fairway Villas building at Banyan Trace. All decking was inspected and replaced if needed, then re-nailed to meet hurricane mitigation code. New tile underlayment was installed over the entire roof surface along with new drip edge flashing, galvalume valley metal, kitchen/dryer vents, and eave closure metal. Lead flashing was also installed around all plumbing stacks prior to the installation f new roof tile. For this roof, we installed Boral’s Villa 900 tile in their Burnt Mission colorway. This beautiful color selection really accented the property beautifully!

GAF HDZ Shingle Roof Replacement For Cape Coral Home

We were recently contacted by a homeowner in Southeast Cape Coral Florida in the midst of a remodel with a need to repair their roof. Upon review during a roof inspection, the client’s existing roof was old and worn, thus requiring a replacement of the roof per their insurance company. Once contracted, our roofing division went to work removing the existing layers of shingles, underlayment, fasteners, and decking (where appropriate), to make way for the new roof. After our team ensured the home was ready for the new roofing system we installed GAF’s weather watch mineral surfaced leak barrier peel and stick underlayment along with new valley metal, drip edge flashing, and vents. GAF’s Pro-Starter shingles were installed at all eave/rake locations, along with GAF Timberline HDZ 130mph rated shingles on the entire roofing surface.

This advanced shingle system will protect the home from our inclement Southwest Florida weather, and ensure both the occupants and contents of the home stay dry for years to come. Our customer chose GAF’s Oyster Grey colorway, and it accented their home beautifully. NW Cape Coral Roof Replacement

When a need for a new roof arose following several prior repairs to the existing roofing structure, our clients elected to contract First Service to replace the entire roof. We started by removing the existing shingle roofing system and disposing of those materials accordingly. Following the inspection of the existing decking, we replaced any damaged wood and re nailed to the appropriate Florida Building Code. New peel and stick leak barrier was added along with the necessary 26 gauge valley metals and drip edge flashing. As a GAF Master Elite Certified Contractor, our customer elected to have us install their premium shingle system to the entire roof. We used the GAF Pro-Start shingles at all eave/rake locations along with their 130mph rated GAF Timberline HD shingles throughout the roof.

Recently Completed Estero Tile Roof Replacement

Our roofing division recently had the pleasure of working with a wonderful homeowner in Estero Florida. With a need for a new tile roof, our roofing division was contacted and contracted to remove and replace the home’s roofing structure.

We began the project by removing the existing tile roof and underlayment. These materials were then disposed of properly in accordance with local code. With the wood decking exposed, we inspected and replaced any areas that were deteriorated or damaged. The decking was then re-nailed to meet hurricane mitigation codes and a new tile underlayment was installed to the entire roof surface. All of the appropriate drip edge flashing, galvalume valley metal, eave closure metal, and galvalume kitchen/dryer vents were also installed. New lead flashing was also installed around all plumbing stacks to seal up these areas.

With the home ready for its new roofing tile, our team went to work installing Villa’s 900 Arbor Green tile to the entire roof with the appropriate fastener application system per manufacturer specifications. Once complete we went to work installing new tan 6” aluminum seamless gutters along with the appropriate downspouts and splash guards to properly route water off the home’s roof.

Tile Roof Replacement For Sarasota Home

Our office recently completed a tile roof replacement in Sarasota Florida for a wonderful client. The home’s existing roof had a series of leaks that resulted in a large amount of rotten wood beneath the tile roofing structure. Once contracted our teams went to work removing the existing tile roof and underlayment. We then disposed of these materials in accordance with local code. With the decking revealed, our roofers then began replacing the damaged wood and re-nailing to meet proper hurricane mitigation code.

Once complete and ready, the underlayment for the customer’s new roof was installed to the entire roof surface along with new 26GA drip edge flashing, galvalume valley metal, and the appropriate kitchen and dryer vents. 26GA eave closure metal and lead flashing were also installed around all plumbing stacks prior to the installation of the new tile roof system. We installed Barcelona 900 Canyon Clay Tile on this home’s roof and the final product turned out amazing. A new gutter system was also installed at the close of the project to properly route water off of the new roof. Cape Coral Home Exterior Repaint

Our office was recently contacted by a Cape Coral homeowner in search of a painting company to restore their home’s worn paint. Upon meeting with the client, we discussed the scope of work, color selections, and options for paint. Once contracted, our painting division went to work restoring the curb appeal of this Cape Coral home. Once the perimeter of the home was trenched, we pressure washed the home to remove any surface contaminates and debris. A coat of masonry sealer was applied to all stucco surfaces, and any cracks were repaired with elastomeric patching compound. Additionally, if any caulk at the home’s windows and doors was worn, we removed and replaced as needed.

Sherwin Williams paint products were selected, and the paint was applied using a brush and roll technique.
