North Fort Myers Roof Replacement

Our roofing team was recently called to this North Fort Myers property to perform a residential roof inspection. Upon inspection, we found the roof to have numerous areas of damage and it was later determined that a complete roof replacement would be needed to properly address and fix the homes issues. Once approved, our roofing division went to work removing the existing roof to make way for the customer’s new Boral Barcelona 900 tile in their sterling color. Lehigh Acres Shingle Roof Repair

Our office was recently contacted to perform a roof inspection on a Lehigh Acres home. The homeowner was from out of town and purchased the home, with their insurance requiring the roof to be prepared. Upon inspection it was determined that the home would require a complete roof replacement to properly repair. Our team went to work and completed a thorough repair to the roof, closely matching the shingles until a complete replacement can take place. Once final approval is received from the insurance company, our team will carry out the complete shingle roof replacement.

Scope of Work:

Shingle Re-Roof For Client In Cape Coral Florida

Our roofing division recently completed a roof replacement for a building located in Southwest Cape Coral. Upon inspection we found several areas on both the first and second story levels of this apartment building that we determined to have been damaged by Hurricane Irma. Our team made temporary repairs until the complete roof replacement could take place. Once approved our team removed the existing roofing structure and installed GAF’s Timberline HDZ shingles along with a new seamless aluminum gutter system.   8. Furnish and install drip edge fabricated from 26-gauge steel with a baked enamel finish.

Cape Coral Asphalt Shingle Roof Replacement

Our office recently had the great pleasure of helping a Cape Coral homeowner with roof repairs for damaged sustained from Tropical Storm Eta. Upon inspection, we determined that to properly repair this homes roof a shingle roof replacement would be needed. Condo Association Roof Replacement, Gutter Installation, and Re-Paint

Located in beautiful Cape Coral Florida, the Victoria Harbor Condominium association had contacted our office to repair damage that their facility experienced during Hurricane Irma. Following an inspection it was determined that the storm had caused extensive damage to the waterfront roofing structure resulting in a need for a complete roof replacement. Residential Roof Replacement For Ft. Myers Home

Unfortunately, when Hurricane Irma visited Southwest Florida in 2017 it caused widespread damage to roofs throughout the area. This home’s tile roof was no exception. Tile Re-Roof & Gutter Installation For Fort Myers Home

Our office was recently called to this Verandah community home that had been damaged during Hurricane Irma and had active leaks in both the kitchen and master bathroom. Following our initial roof inspection, it was determined that a complete tile roof replacement was needed to properly repair the home. Once approved, our team got to work removing the existing roof structure before installing Boral’s Saxony 900 split slate tile in their coconut white antique color. This tile not only provided the aesthetic look the homeowners desired, but also the proper level of protection needed to protect the residence from future storms and harsh weather conditions. In addition to the roof replacement, our roofing team also installed a new 6″ aluminum seamless gutter system on the first story of the home.

Exterior Repaint For Fort Myers Home Completed

Our painting division recently completed an exterior repaint project for a homeowner in Fort Myers Florida. Our roofing division was in the area completing a tile roof job across the street from this homeowner’s residence, and they were so impressed they contacted our company to repaint the exterior of their home. Once our client completed their color selections, we went to work prepping the home for paint prior to completing the final finish. The end result turned out great, and our customer couldn’t be happier!

Scope Of Work For Exterior Repaint:

  1. Trench around perimeter of home 1 to 3 inches.
  2. Pressure wash exterior free of dirt and foreign material, no bleach used, as requested.
  3. Apply one coat of masonry sealer to stucco surfaces.
  4. Caulk where necessary around doors and windows. Seal masonry cracks, as needed, with elastomeric patching compound
  5. Apply one coat of SW Duration Satin Paint, using brush and roll technique, to stucco walls, ceilings, bands, and trim.
  6. Apply one coat of SW Duration Semi-gloss paint to the exterior side of entry and garage doors.
  7. A 10-year limited labor and materials warranty issued by Sherwin Williams.
