Cape Coral Asphalt Shingle Roof Replacement

Our office recently had the great pleasure of helping a Cape Coral homeowner with roof repairs for damaged sustained from Tropical Storm Eta. Upon inspection, we determined that to properly repair this homes roof a shingle roof replacement would be needed. Once approved, our roofing division went to work removing the existing roof structure to then install a new shingle roofing system using TAMKO’s Heritage shingles along with their moisture guard underlayment. Now that their home’s roof is protected by a roof from First Service, the homeowner plans to upgrade and replace her windows in preparation for our upcoming hurricane season.

Condo Association Roof Replacement, Gutter Installation, and Re-Paint

Located in beautiful Cape Coral Florida, the Victoria Harbor Condominium association had contacted our office to repair damage that their facility experienced during Hurricane Irma. Following an inspection it was determined that the storm had caused extensive damage to the waterfront roofing structure resulting in a need for a complete roof replacement. Once approved, our roofing division went to work removing the existing roof and replacing it with new Eagle Malibu tile in their Riviera color. Once completed, our gutter and painting divisions stepped in to help give the building a beautiful new look. The finished product turned out amazing and our client couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!

Residential Roof Replacement For Ft. Myers Home

Unfortunately, when Hurricane Irma visited Southwest Florida in 2017 it caused widespread damage to roofs throughout the area. This home’s tile roof was no exception. Following a roof inspection, our team determined that the damage to the home was significant and warranted a need for a complete tile roof replacement to take place. Once accepted by insurance, we mobilized and went to work removing the existing roof to make way for the homeowner’s new Eagle Malibu tile in their royal palm colorway. Emergency Roof Repair and Roof Replacement For Cape Coral Home

Our office recently had the pleasure of assisting a great homeowner in Cape Coral Florida. Our office was contacted recently to inspect the shingle roof of this Cape Coral home. Tile Re-Roof & Gutter Installation For Fort Myers Home

Our office was recently called to this Verandah community home that had been damaged during Hurricane Irma and had active leaks in both the kitchen and master bathroom. Following our initial roof inspection, it was determined that a complete tile roof replacement was needed to properly repair the home. Once approved, our team got to work removing the existing roof structure before installing Boral’s Saxony 900 split slate tile in their coconut white antique color. This tile not only provided the aesthetic look the homeowners desired, but also the proper level of protection needed to protect the residence from future storms and harsh weather conditions. In addition to the roof replacement, our roofing team also installed a new 6″ aluminum seamless gutter system on the first story of the home.

Fort Myers Florida Tile Roof Replacement

We recently had the great pleasure of serving a wonderful customer in the Paseo community of Fort Myers. Our office was contacted to perform an inspection for a roof repair and upon inspection we found extensive damage to the roof that was determined to have been caused by Hurricane Irma. In order to properly repair the roof a complete tile roof replacement was required. Our roofing division quickly carried out the removal of the existing roof structure and installed new Eagle Capistrano tile in their boca cream color. Once complete we also installed a new 6″ seamless aluminum gutter system. Estero Tile Roof Replacement & Gutter Installation

Our office recently had the great pleasure helping a homeowner with their roofing claim. After completing a roof inspection, it was determined that the existing roofing structure was damaged as a result of Hurricane Irma resulting in the need for a complete roof replacement. Once the project was approved, our team worked with the client to carry out the necessary roof replacement. We installed Boral’s Villa 900 roofing tile in their burnt mission colorway. This tile accented the home beautifully and dramatically transformed its curb appeal. Once the roofing structure was complete, we installed new 6″ tan aluminum seamless gutters along with downspouts and splash guards to properly route rain off of the clients new roof.

Cape Coral Shingle Roof Repair & Window Replacement

Our office was recently contacted by a customer seeking a roofing company to perform a shingle roof repair. What initially started off as a simple roof repair also led to a window replacement project. With our companies vast experience conducting remodels, build outs, and general contracting capabilities, we jumped at the opportunity to help this great customer. In addition to performing the roof repair, our team replaced 6 windows with 2 of them being arch top eyebrow styled. An issue with egress came up when replacing the bedroom window as the house was constructed in 1993 and the egress codes had changed a few years later. Our team enlarged the existing window opening in this room to install a larger window to meet the existing egress code. With a newly repaired roof and new windows, our customer can rest easy knowing their home was expertly repaired by our dedicated team at First Service!

Scope Of Work:

Provide permit, labor, and materials to complete shingle repair:

  • Removed shingles in affected areas up to 1 square from the eave to the bird box.
  • Replaced roof underlayment.
  • Install new shingles that match as close as possible in color and style.
  • Wall flashings were reused when salvageable. If they were not, the stucco was neatly cut to remove existing flashings.  New wall flashings were installed as well as stucco.  The walls were repainted to match the existing stucco as close as possible.
  • Jobsite and materials cleaned after completion.

Provide permit, labor, and materials to perform the window replacement:

  • Remove and install six new impact windows in two locations. Three in living room, one with archtop, 4 total windows.  One in guest bedroom with archtop, 2 total windows.
  • Patch exterior stucco and interior drywall as needed from installation of windows.
  • Install replacement screens.
  • Touch up paint and texture for stucco and drywall to match as close as possible.
