Our company was hired to help renovate an older restaurant that is changing its taste and appearance all the way around. What was once the Blue Agave will soon become the Dirty Cajun!
Scope of Work Performed:
Prepare and repaint exterior surfaces to include:
- Paint all stucco with Sherwin Williams Satin Paint
- Paint all trim bands with Sherwin Williams Satin Paint
- Paint all doors with Sherwin Williams Semi-Gloss Paint
- To prepare and repaint interior ceiling
- Cover all areas that need to be covered with drop clothes and painter’s plastic
- Paint ceiling with Sherwin Williams Flat Black Latex Dryfall

- Bathrooms Wood Trim & Wood Stalls: De-gloss wood with Sherwin Williams De-Glosser
- Prime wood with Sherwin Williams wood primer
- Paint wood with Sherwin Williams Paint Product
- Bathroom Stone: Etch stone with Sherwin Williams Etching Solution
- Prime stone with Sherwin Williams Latex Epoxy Primer
- Paint stone with Sherwin Williams Latex Epoxy Paint (Matte Finish) Note: Product might only come in Eggshell
- Hallway Leading to Bathrooms
- Prime walls with Sherwin Williams Multi-Purpose Primer
- Paint walls with Cashmere Matte Finish with Yellow, Purple, Green & Yellow Walls
Main Restaurant area:
- Prime walls with Sherwin Williams Multi-Purpose Primer
- Paint walls with Sherwin Williams Cashmere Matte
- Colors will be two toned: Green on top & Purple on bottom
- Stain wood trim with Sherwin Williams solid stain matte finish
