Palmetto Palms RV Resort is a resident owned Senior (55+) community in Fort Myers. The clubhouse required some sprucing up and hired First Service for a complete exterior repaint.
Exterior Painting Scope of Work to be Performed according to specifications by PPG Paints:
- To prepare and paint exterior surfaces to include:
- Stucco
- Decorative Trim
- Fascia & Soffit Board
- Gutters
- Downspouts
- Utility Doors & Entry Doors
- To prepare and paint miscellaneous surfaces to include:
- Pool Rails with Direct to Metal Paint & Light Fixtures around Pool Railings
- White railings on left side & back side of clubhouse
- 4 Wheelchair ramps
- Paint walkway west side of building
